Summary:The Paid Media Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Analytical skills are essential in tracking campaign performance, managing budgets, and generating insightful reports to drive strategic decisions. Must be passionate about digital marketing and possess strong communication skills.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to maximize ROI. Support budget tracking and allocation for campaigns, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines while optimizing spend. Generate and present regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future strategies. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform campaign strategies and tactics. Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry standards, maintaining ethical and effective advertising practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Perform audience research, set up targeting parameters, and conduct creative testing for campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the creative team to design compelling and impactful ad creatives.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Keep informed of platform updates and industry developments to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Prepare and share detailed reports on campaign metrics, insights, and improvement suggestions with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in paid media or digital marketing, including hands-on management of paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Snapchat Ads and TikTok for Business is a plus.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to drive results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Sensory Requirements: Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone.

Language Skills: English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension). Knowledge of an additional language(s) is a plus!
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic and algebra
Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed adjustments to optimize campaign performance. Capable of applying logical reasoning to evaluate campaign metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
