The Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). This role requires a deep understanding of paid search marketing best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. What You'll Do: + Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. + Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign strategy and maximize ROI. + Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs. + Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to improve campaign performance. + Manage campaign budgets and adjust bids to achieve desired cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals. + Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. + Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to optimize campaign strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to optimize landing pages and improve user experience. Do You Have: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. + Minimum of 1- years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment. + Proven hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and/or Bing Ads. + Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics. + In-depth understanding of SEM campaign management and optimization practices. + Proficiency in keyword research and analysis tools + Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
