Painter
The painter will be responsible for mass production painting in multifamily units. This role will involve painting walls, ceilings, and trim to provide a fresh and clean appearance according to the property's standard.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Paint walls, ceilings, and trim to provide a fresh and clean appearance.
- Mass production painting in multifamily units
- Report major issues or required upgrades to the property manager.
- Work with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to complete larger repairs or upgrades.
- Travel to various job sites to paint multifamily units
REQUIREMENTS
- Good eye for detail and punch work
- Proficient in multifamily mass production painting
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, especially in preparing apartments for new tenants, is preferred.
- Proficiency in painting walls, ceilings, and trim, as well as patching and repairing drywall.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Travel to different job sites with overnight stay
