YOUR LIFE AS A PAINTING CREW LEAD
As a Painting Crew Lead, you manage our painters, apprentices, and trainees as you ensure the timely success of jobs, great relationships with clients, safety, and customer satisfaction. You arrange walk-throughs with customers, get all color samples approved, and assist crew members as needed. During the course of a job, there are opportunities to sell additional work or a customer may ask for additional work to be performed. You sell or take on additional work at every opportunity available! You keep updated records of the crew, ensure great training for new hires, make sure company trucks are maintained and cleaned, and work with the resource coordinator to order materials as needed. With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you handle questions and concerns and report problems as needed. On the last day of the job, you make sure the company has received payment in full. You feel good about using your skills to keep our projects running smoothly and to keep our customers happy!

- Ability to document daily activities, efficiently manage painters, and oversee all tasks involved with completing jobs
