Palliative Care/Hospice NP - Alpha Rae Personnel Inc

Job Description:

• This position is for OUTPATIENT care.
• Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required, will not consider anyone with less (educational internships and RN experience does NOT count toward 3 years)
• Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population
• Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required)
• Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients
• Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified NP
• Geriatric Certification (or willing to obtain within 1 year) 
• OH license (or willing to obtain) 
• Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice (NO EXCEPTIONS)
