Position: Palliative Care Physician
Location: El Paso, Texas
Job Type: Full-time

• Facility Coverage: Expected to cover inpatient acute care facilities in El Paso, ensuring
diverse clinical experiences.
• Comprehensive Support: Focus on providing exceptional care while we handle all
aspects of support, including medical, dental, credentialing, and overheads. Additionally,
our current Nurse Practitioners will be credentialed under you, providing valuable
support to enhance patient care.
• Visa Sponsorship: Committed to diversity and inclusion, offering sponsorship for H1/J1
visas to qualified candidates.
• New Graduate Welcome: Recent graduates from Palliative Care fellowship programs
are encouraged to apply and begin an enriching career journey.

• Base Salary: Enjoy a base salary of $400,000 annually complemented by attractive incentives, such as a signing bonus upon contract finalization, and additional rewards tied to productivity (WRVUs).
