We are looking for Legal Assistants/Paralegals for a Firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
This position will support Veteran Affairs Plaintiff Personal Injury cases.

We are looking for Legal Assistants/Paralegals for a Firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
This position will support Veteran Affairs Plaintiff Personal Injury cases.
Your specific duties will include:
- Establishing and maintaining tracking, calendaring, and filing systems for legal activities and scheduling.
- Providing support to Counsel for legal issues that arise including, but not limited to, performing fact research, creating chronologies, pulling documents, preparing summaries, or other assigned tasks associated with case management.
- Exercising impeccable judgment, discretion, respect, and integrity.
- Strong computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Client Profiles, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Experience.
- Excellent oral, and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in drafting medical record summaries, discovery response, RTP, subpoenas, preparing trial notebooks, trial prep, and settlement documents.
- Must have Legal experience. Doesn't require experience with Veteran Affairs.
- Does NOT have to have Veteran experience
