This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful cases and provide invaluable support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents for personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the cases.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and other court proceedings as needed.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Plaintiff PI and Med Mal cases.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and practices.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
