Duties
- Support classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Assist students with individualized learning needs
- Provide behavior management support to ensure a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences
- Help educate students in various subjects including math, literacy, and Montessori principles
- Foster childhood development through interactive and educational activities
- Assist with childcare and toddler care as needed
Requirements
- Experience working in school setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to support students' literacy education and math skills
