To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically with HR onboarding and payroll.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and legal regulations.
4. Strong understanding of payroll and benefits systems.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
