Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and [Second Language].
Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with product information, service requests, and account management.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm service appointments or consultations as needed.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding service availability and procedures.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior staff if necessary.
Ensure follow-up actions are taken to address any outstanding customer concerns.
Documentation:
Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts and interactions.
Sales Support:
Promote and upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
Provide information on current promotions, special offers, and new products.
Customer Satisfaction:
Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high-quality experience.
Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
