Part Time Finance & Administrative Support - Hibiscus Children's Center

POSITION FUNCTION/OVERVIEW:  This position is responsible providing support to Finance department. Promote the mission, values and vision of Hibiscus Children’s Center.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Scanning, copying & filing accounting documents
•  Accurate data entry in accounting software – FE, RE & Excel
•  Process incoming mail
•  Assist is processing deposits

Other:

• Alert Finance Director of accounting issues and assist in resolving
• Other accounting functions as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge/experience
• Data entry experience
