Part -Time HVAC Technician Somersworth - John Flatley Company

The John Flatley Company is an owner manager of apartment communities throughout New England . We are seeking a part time HVAC  technician for  our recently built community in Somersworth. Great opportunity for somebody to pick up extra hours during the week or on Saturdays or for someone who is semi retired but wants to keep busy or  join a well established  real estate  company. 

 Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot, replace parts and repair AHU, Condensers, RTUs and Mini splits. 

· Maintain a high standard  of professionalism in  appearance  and interactions with residents

· Troubleshooting and perform preventive maintenance 

· Proper care of company tools and equipment

Requirements and Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent certification preferred

  Must be sufficiently skilled a repairing  HVAC . 

· Basic computer skills. Email and work order software

   Valid MA driver's license with reliable transportation
