Part-Time Human Resources Support Specialist - One Federal Solution

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Human Resources Support Specialist to provide critical support to our corporate team and federal clients. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of HR experience who is looking for a flexible work schedule. You will assist with various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective personnel management across all levels of the organization.

In this part-time role, you will collaborate with HR leadership and play an essential role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, while also contributing to special HR projects.

Tasks and Duties:

• Provide administrative and technical support across HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
• Assist with onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Help with special projects, clarifying objectives, setting schedules, conducting research, and preparing informational rollouts.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, such as employee metrics, trends, and workforce analysis.
• Identify HR training needs and assist with preparing training materials and manuals.
• Assist in resolving complex HR issues by providing technical advice and guidance to management and leadership.
• Support senior leadership in HR compliance matters and prepare briefings on telework regulations and other HR policies.
• Help monitor HR program performance and contribute to corporate growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or working toward completion of a degree).
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT, Fintech, or Government contracting sectors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other HR tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time capacity.
• Familiarity with HR practices, regulations, and policies regarding employee relations and onboarding.
