About the Job
Landmark Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to assist our team of professionals. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting incoming guests and clients, managing the lobby, office orders, incoming calls, and relaying messages to team members. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized and detail-oriented and must be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen visitors
- Process incoming and outgoing packages,
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, mail, package distribution, photocopying, and faxing
-Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
- Directing visitors and deliveries
-Ensuring reception and office supplies are tidy and organized
Requirements:
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
-Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (Minimum 20lbs)
-Valid Driver's license
- Hospitality experience is a plus

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday Friday 8:30AM - 2:30PM Tuesday and Thursdays 12PM - 5PM
