- 1+ years of experience in office or facilities management
- Proven track record of superior customer service and high-touch customer interaction
- Friendly, enthusiastic, professional attitude and appearance
- Experience in office floor planning and space restacking/reconfiguration is a plus
Job Summary:
- Greeting and Assistance: Welcome visitors and callers (low volume), answer their questions, and direct them to the right people.
- Supply Management: Keep track of and maintain stock for all essential office supplies.
- Mail and Deliveries: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including sorting and distribution.
- Office Maintenance: Coordinate with property management to ensure the office is well-maintained.
- Space Tracking: Work with HR & Facilities Manager to monitor office space usage and prepare monthly reports.
- Office Cleanliness: Works with facilities staff to ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and presentable.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
