Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-time 3rd Shift Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Supervisor to lead our team. As a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the 1st shift care staff, ensuring high-quality care for our residents, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. If you have a passion for working with seniors and are committed to excellence, we want you on our team! Shifts 10pm- 6am1-2 days during the week and every other weekend

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supervise 1st shift care staff and ensure proper staffing levels
- Administer and document medications per physician’s orders
- Provide direct resident care and oversee the care provided by nursing assistants
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans for residents
- Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Respond to resident emergency call system
Who You Are:
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification - Required
- CNA or PCA Required
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting highly desired
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certified
