Part Time Remote Accountant at Creative Financial Staffing

Title: Part Time Accountant (Remote)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• Our client is looking to bring on a remote, part time accountant!! (on EST time) They are a premier global hotel site selection company!! They accommodate stays for Educators, Celebrities and Reality Stars, Activists, Drag and Musical Artists, Board members, Youth Sports Teams, Stage performers, Executives, Students & Families. Our client truly values inclusivity and treating everyone as equals!

OVERVIEW OF THE PART TIME ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

• Utilizing Striven by building out quotes, sending invoices, crediting to agents, payroll, etc.
• Tracking all of the invoices/ quotes
• Billing for however many pick ups were actually utilized
• Make sure payroll is squared away to be processes (bi-weekly for 4-5 people)
• Financial reporting
• End of year taxes -1099's for independent contractors
• Collections

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PART TIME ACCOUNTANT:

• Striven Experience is a huge plus!
• Payroll, billing, collections, reporting experience!
• Comfortable being all hands on deck!
• Comfortable working remotely / independently with guidance
