About the Job
Overview:
The Part-time Admissions Recruiter will assist the Assistant Dean for Admissions in recruiting law students and admissions counselling.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinates and attends recruitment events/law school/graduate school fairs and LSAC forums
- Cultivates relations with pre-law advisors
- Visits and holds law school information sessions at local feeder schools and organizes campus tours for students from those schools
- Coordinates all aspects of on-campus and/or virtual outreach events such as open houses, information sessions, and accepted students events
- Counsels, corresponds and meets with prospective and admitted students
- Contacts and follows up Wufoo leads
- Assists with initial review of assigned groups of the law school applications
- Collaborates with the marketing department in developing recruiting materials
- Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- J.D. preferred
- College or Graduate admissions experience preferred

- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and productivity in completing tasks
- Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a student service approach
Physical Demands
- Extensive Use of Computers
- Extensive time sitting and standing
