Partner Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
As the Partner Marketing Manager at EnergySage, you will be pivotal in managing and executing marketing campaigns with our partners. You will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, and increasing conversions through strategic marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing the performance of our partner marketing efforts to continuously optimize our strategies.
What you'll do:
Lead marketing strategy and campaigns for key audiences:
- Strategic Partnership Marketing. EnergySage reaches millions of clean energy consumers and homeowners via trusted 3rd parties like utilities, major corporate partners, publishing partners, nonprofits, and government agencies. Working collaboratively with the partnerships development team, you will lead all co-marketing activities, including managing the partnerships marketing calendar, planning and executing special marketing programs and promotions, and creating content and collateral. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns with our partners to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Installer marketing. As a 2-sided marketplace, EnergySage matches homeowners and service providers (solar installers, HVAC contractors, etc). Working with business development and our partner success managers, you will attract, engage, retain, and help win back installers via innovative and engaging B2B (small business) marketing programs, promotions, and communications.
- OEM marketing. EnergySage works with Original Equipment Manufacturers in the solar, storage, financing, and HVAC verticals. You will lead comarketing efforts with these companies, including content, promotions, rebate programs, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and partner needs.
- Collaborate with our Design, Brand, and Content teams to develop, execute, and organize marketing collateral, including sales presentations, one-pagers, presentation templates, case studies, landing pages, white papers, and more, which celebrate EnergySage and our partners' brands.
- Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Serve as the guardian of EnergySage's brand in partner-facing materials, maintaining high standards for creative and messaging.
- Deliver regular reports on partner marketing performance, establishing KPIs to measure the success of our efforts across all campaigns and channels.
- Lead post-mortem analysis of campaigns, summarizing and sharing learnings to inform future initiatives and optimize effectiveness.
- Utilize data and insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and drive better outcomes.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a partner or B2B marketing role.
- Proven experience in campaign management, including planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of brand management and experience developing marketing collateral.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms including experience with CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
