POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Partner Marketing Manager at Coalescence Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partnerships and amplifying our brand presence in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing co-marketing strategies that strengthen partner relationships, drive demand generation, and align with Coalescence Cloud's growth objectives. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and involves collaborating closely with both internal teams—such as Sales, Product, and Marketing—as well as external cross-functional teams from partner organizations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building impactful partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Communications:
- Develop and maintain ongoing communication channels with partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events, and other channels, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged with Coalescence Cloud's partner value proposition, vision, and offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries from partners, maintaining strong relationships and fostering open communication.
- Create and manage partner communications calendars to ensure timely and relevant content that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Customized Partner Marketing Plans:
- Collaborate with key partners to develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with both Coalescence Cloud's and the partner's business objectives.
- Work with partners to create and implement marketing campaigns that highlight our joint value propositions and drive measurable outcomes.
- Conduct joint business planning sessions with partners to identify opportunities for growth and prioritize marketing initiatives based on ROI and strategic fit.
- Demand Generation:
- Design and execute joint marketing programs, including webinars, co-sponsored events, email campaigns, and digital advertising, to drive partner-influenced leads and pipeline growth.
- Partner with Sales teams to track and measure the impact of partner marketing initiatives on demand generation and revenue targets.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics to maximize reach and engagement, reporting on key KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Thought Leadership and Brand Building:
- Lead the development of joint customer case studies, success stories, and testimonials to showcase the value of Coalescence Cloud's solutions in the market.
- Organize and execute joint content pieces with partners, including white papers, eBooks, blog posts, and other assets to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Represent Coalescence Cloud at industry conferences, partner events, and networking opportunities, acting as a brand ambassador and strengthening our reputation in the ecosystem.
- Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
- Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer while working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the Partner Success team to ensure alignment across all partner marketing efforts.
- Act as a bridge between Coalescence Cloud and partner organizations to share insights, best practices, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Product team to ensure accurate messaging around product offerings and value propositions in all partner marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end partner marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, partner sales alignment, and demand generation.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Partner Marketing and/or Field Marketing within a SI/Consulting or SaaS/Technology company; preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience working within a cross-functional team within the employer and with the partner organizations, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
- Passion for partners and a deep understanding of the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- Confidence in managing budgets and making data-driven decisions to optimize spend.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for creating compelling content and communications.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to listen, respond, and empathize with partners and customers.
In addition to the salary range, this role will have a bonus component based on annual performance.
