We're on the hunt for a Parts Counter Rep who's more than just another cog in the wheel. We need someone who knows trucks like the back of their hand and has the grit to thrive in the fast-paced, no-nonsense world of heavy-duty trucking. What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the parts counter. This is your domain.
• Assist customers, drivers, and techs with finding the right parts-fast.
• Stay on top of inventory like a boss (no, really, you're in charge here).
• Answer calls and smash through orders with precision and speed.
• Communicate with the warehouse to ensure the right parts get where they need to be, when they need to be there.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in heavy-duty truck parts-if you don't know your turbos from your transmissions, this probably isn't for you.
• Someone who thrives in organized chaos (the trucking world moves fast, and so do we).
• A problem solver who doesn't just find answers-they find solutions.
• Strong communication skills because no one has time for miscommunication when there are trucks to keep moving.
