Your Impact in This Role
- Supervise the Parts Product Management Team while managing a specific product segment
- Develop and implement product and marketing strategies for all parts product segments
- Manage pricing, kitting, product differentiation, refurbishment programs, and lifecycle management
- Define target markets and establish market size and trends
- Drive key business processes including pricing rollups, new product development, and item master management
- Provide technical leadership for parts-related issues and own relationships with equipment engineering teams
- Implement strategies to achieve or exceed parts profitability targets
What You Bring to The Table
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, marketing, or business preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant product management, technical marketing, or engineering experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and influence employees
- Excellent analytical and financial skills
- Experience in parts and service support (highly desired)
- Knowledge of ITW/FEG parts and service solutions and/or equipment products (desired)
- MBA (desired)
