Job Description:
- Take incoming customer parts calls.
- Provide parts support for the maintenance department and place technician orders.
- Look up part numbers in technical manuals and online.
- Research price and availability of parts.
- Pack and ship parts to customers and function as shipper/receiver.
- Maintain stock inventory and order emergency parts.
- Keep record of ordered parts from each department.
- Support Maintenance manager with customer-quoting and technician-scheduling based on parts availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous parts experience preferred. Industrial, electrical and/or heavy equipment experience a bonus
- Comfortable working on with a computer within Excel, Word, performing internet searches, etc.
- Good communication skills a must
- Understands the value of good customer service
- Experience in material procurement
- Self-starter
- Must be able to pass drug test and fit for duty physical
