Patent Attorney - Gpac

My client is a nationally recognized litigation and appellate law firm with an outstanding reputation throughout the area. They’re looking to add a full-time patent litigation associate to their team. This position will offer extensive hands-on experience and the opportunity for domestic travel.

Preferred Background:

• Academic credentials in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and/or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of patent litigation experience required. (Recent law school graduates with prior patent experience will also be considered)
• Previous experience and understanding of all aspects of patent litigation (including but not limited to)
  • Due diligence, patent portfolio assessment, claim charting, technical analysis, discovery, depositions, brief drafting, and trial work.
  • Understanding and knowledge of telecom, computer science, and wireless standards preferred.
  • Strong technical skills along with excellent communication and writing skills.

• Not required to be admitted to the US PTO.
• Position will start on site and then can move to more of a hybrid position.
