Patent Litigation Associate Attorney - CBOHN

Our firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its nationally ranked Patent Litigation group in the San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience litigating patent disputes including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal. Candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar degrees are preferred. Practical work experience in the field of technical expertise is also preferred. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.

Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
