**Salary Range:** 16.25 - 23.00
**Department Details**
Reproductive Medicine Clinic, close knit team, medium paced work environment, primarily scheduling role but cross trained between both scheduling and registration. M-F 7am-4pm, does require some Saturdays normally no more than once a month from 7a-11am.

As a Patient Access Representative, your primary responsibility will be providing extraordinary customer service to patients with every interaction. - Work with nursing team & providers to coordinate & schedule appointments to meet patient’s needs, coordinate provider schedule
- Obtain and coordinate referrals & conduct pre-authorization
- Arrange interpreter services
- Check patients in/out
- Operate multi-line phone
- May resolve work queue issues, manage recall and waitlists, & serve as switchboard operator calling codes and paging providers
ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
- Preparation & coordination of charts
- Organize supporting provider documents
- Initiation & collaboration of patient financial assistance
- Track patient visits & health information management on patient accounts
- Compile, distribute, administer, and score assessments
- Coordination of Telemed appointments
- Reminder calls for appointments
- Hospital admission
- Office duties, such as make copies or send faxes
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Post-secondary education helpful.
One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Medical terminology helpful; customer service skills essential. Six months' customer service experience desired.
May require BLS for certain locations and/or settings.
