The Director of Nursing will report to and collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to direct, plan, and evaluate patient care nursing operations, developing short and long-term strategies, plans, and methods for achieving and exceeding goals. The Patient Care Services Director will assist in the establishment of standards of performance, quality assurance and control, and patient care delivery. 

This opportunity offers the Director Patient Care Services the chance to work alongside a team of experienced department managers and leaders. The Director of Nursing will act as a resource to the Chief Nursing Officer when working with managers, physicians, all levels of nursing staff, and patients and families identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within all aspects of operations, assuring all patient care issues are addressed efficiently and appropriately.
