Vaco Staffing is currently hiring a Patient Navigator for a Temp-to-Hire position! Medical field with receptionist type role
In office setting.
Responsibilities include:Guide patients through healthcare services
Assist with insurance and financial issues
Coordinate care among healthcare providers
Address barriers to accessing care
Facilitate communication between patients and providers
Advocate for patients' needs
Refer patients to community resources
Provide front desk support, including managing check-ins and appointments
Requirements:Relevant experience in healthcare or patient advocacy.
Understanding of medical terminology, and insurance processes
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service background.
Empathy, patience, and ability to work with diverse populations

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
