Patient Services Representative

On-Site - Alexandria, VA

$17-18/hr

Job Description:

• The Patient Services Representative will be sitting at the front desk when the patient walks in, checking them in and out.
• Will handle patient registration, scheduling follow up appointments, check in, check out.
• General customer service to all patients for whatever they may need.
• Answering all phone calls as they come in, helping patients with whatever they may need.
• Documenting Doctor's notes on the patient files in the EMR system they use.
• Multi Tasking with a doctor needing things from them, the patients being in front of them, and the phones ringing.
• Will be on the phones 33% of the time, on the computer 33% of the time, and helping patients 33% of the time.
• This is a full-time contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!!

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Monday and Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Must be available for the full schedule!
