A medical billing company in West Chester, PA is seeking a Patient Solutions Customer Service Representative!

Patient Solutions Customer Service Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday normal business hours, and every 3rd Saturday
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Patient Solutions Customer Service Representative Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to collect patient payments
• Resolve outstanding account balances by processing real time payments over the phone
• Document call notes on patient's accounts
• Make 7-8 calls per hour

Patient Solutions Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Knowledge of health insurance or a medical billing background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortability with long periods of stationary work
