Payroll Administrator needed! Lapeer Manufacturer is looking for a Payroll Administrator. First shift part-time or full time position. This position is temp-to-hire. Must have experience in all facets of payroll functions. Position pays between $17 to $19 an hour depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications:
Payroll experience of 3 to5 years Associates degree or equivalent training required.CPP designation preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform payroll functions for both hourly and salary colleagues
Process all colleague financial transactions.
Ability to make decisions and problem solve.
Maintain accurate records
Maintain highest ethical standards in financial reporting.
First point of contact for all colleagues attendance and payroll issues.
Update and reconcile monthly bank statements.
Process all tax deposits, direct deposit, monthly health and benefits
Monthly reconciliations, garnishment, friend of the court, and liens.
Create and maintain computerized files for colleagues.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO -14001 .
Knowledge of AS400 database.
Adhere to Policies and Regulations.
And all other duties that may be assigned.
