CFS has teamed up with an independent day school to identify a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator that will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and the CFO.

Payroll & Benefits Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of the School's semi-monthly payroll and administering benefit programs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Resolve any payroll conflicts or questions in conjunction with other HR team members
- Support benefits administration of health, dental, life & disability insurance plans, spending accounts, and 403(b) retirement savings plans
- Work with Broker to administer COBRA including communications as well as tracking of payments
- Maintain all employee benefit records as required while ensuring compliance with requirements under Federal and State Regulations such as HIPAA and FMLA
Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator position:
- Bachelor's degree with prior payroll and benefit administration experience required
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills is essential
- Experience with HRIS systems, Payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is a plus
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
