Payroll and Benefits Manager
Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (DOE- may be negotiable)
Position Summary:
As the Payroll and Benefits Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth payroll operations and benefits administration. You'll work closely with business leaders and the HR department to manage payroll processes, maintain HR policies, administer benefit programs, and act as the HRIS administrator. This hybrid role allows you to work from home on Fridays!
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Manage and process semi-monthly payroll through HRIS systems.
- Enter bonuses, commissions, salary changes, and vacation/personal time reporting.
- Oversee the 401(k) semi-monthly uploads.
- Generate compliance and ad-hoc reports.
Benefits Administration:
- Administer benefits plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, FSA, and COBRA.
- Handle new benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
