Job Title: Payroll Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute all aspects of payroll processing for multi-state, bi-weekly payrolls.
- Interface with time and attendance systems to ensure accurate data collection.
- Handle payroll tax reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform payroll-related accounting tasks, including journal entries and audits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
