Seeking a Dedicated Payroll Manager for a Leading Healthcare Organization!
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the entire payroll function across multiple states. The Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, and provide exceptional support to employees. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Paycom and have experience managing payroll for a large, multi-state organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees across FL, AZ, KY, and CA, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues and streamline operations.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, including tax filings and wage statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Stay current with payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
- Work with internal and external partners to support the execution of implementations, enhancements, and other payroll-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience with relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience, with a focus on multistate payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements, specifically for FL, AZ, CA, and KY.
- Experience managing various pay types, including draws, equity, commissions, and bonuses.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
