Payroll Specialist at Search Solution Group

A global retail company with annual revenue of $30B is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team. This position is integral to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large and diverse workforce. The role offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment within a leading organization in the retail industry.

• Process payroll for employees across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and garnishments in compliance with legal requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with all payroll-related policies and regulations.

• Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally in a large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. ADP experience is a plus!
