OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The Payroll Specialist will process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• The Payroll Specialist will prepare and review year-end payroll tasks, including W-2s and tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• The payroll Specialist will Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
• The Payroll Specialist will review benefit invoices for accuracy, collaborating with HR to reconcile discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and experience in benefit invoice reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
• 3 years experience will full cycle payroll processing.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
