Ped Hospitalist PNP opening east of Los Angeles, CA - 23 weeks per year, $175-200K per year! - Spencer Britt

Seeking experienced PNP for inpatient/nocturnal pediatric hospitalist role in San Bernardino County, CA. In this role, you will have a private room to sleep with work space, overseeing newborn nursery and inpatient peds census.

• 23 weeks per year is full-time; part-time options as well
• 7p-7a schedule, every other week
• Level 3b NICU
• 1 PNP per shift
• On call pediatrician available at all times and rounds in the AM
• Emergency department available for any emergent situations that arise
• Inpatient admissions usually 5 per night. Higher acuity gets transferred. Lots of bread and butter work - community practice pediatrics.
• Handling phone calls from nurses, admissions. No calls from parents.
• Newborn nursery - 13 average census, 3 deliveries a night.
• NICU has own staff
• Neonatal comes in for high risk deliveries - you would just consult/follow up
• Writing orders for normal deliveries

Competitive base salary of $175-200K with full benefits and malpractice insurance covered. PALS & NAPS certification required.
