Pay: $17.00-$20.00
 
Schedule: 
- Full-Time- On Site
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm 
- 40 hours a week  
 
Role Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated Scheduling Coordinator with experience in Health Care to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will manage and update client schedules and records, ensuring accuracy in treatment plans. Works closely with Director of Nursing for seamless care coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Tracks daily visits. Adjusts schedules as necessary. Addresses schedule deviations.
- Corrects any schedules for assigned clinical team that has been returned with changes.
- Apprises the Director of Nursing of any staffing issues, which will affect workload/ productivity requirements, whether anticipated as short or long term, in a timely manner
 
Qualifications: 
- Customer Service
- Computer skills
- Prior scheduling preferred
- Bilingual preferred
