Austintown Pediatrics Inc is looking for a full time Pediatric LPN/MA.
Responsibilities:
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Administer injections, aerosol treatments and medications as ordered
- Perform diagnostic testing as ordered and record results accurately
- Communicate with patients’ family to provide results, instructions, advice and relay information to practitioners in a timely manner
- Work with our Front Desk team as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Strong desire to work with pediatric demographic and maintain upbeat, encouraging demeanor.
- Ability to undertake a variety of care tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Successful completion of LPN license or MA certification program is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours: 28 – 40 per week
