Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients with kidney disorders, including inpatient consultations, outpatient clinic visits, and procedures.
- Education: Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the education of future healthcare leaders.
- Research: Contribute to research initiatives aimed at advancing the field of pediatric nephrology and improving patient outcomes.
- Operational Leadership: Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and resource allocation within the division.
- Call Coverage: Participate in a shared day and night call schedule, ensuring continuous availability of specialized care for pediatric patients.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Nephrology.
- A valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
