**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
**Duties:**
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Deliver high-quality care to patients in various settings, including clinic and home environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, and family, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
- Stay current with relevant research and guidelines to improve patient outcomes and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
**Experience:**
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Illinois licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including those with pediatric conditions.
- Early Intervention experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
