Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will provide top-quality speech-language therapy to pediatric clients in schools, daycares, homes, and virtual settings throughout Washington, DC. This hybrid role offers a flexible mix of onsite and remote services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and communication needs.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to help children achieve their communication goals.
- Therapy: Provide evidence-based interventions to support communication milestones.
- Progress Monitoring: Track progress and adjust plans to ensure the best outcomes.
- Family Collaboration: Educate families and offer strategies to support their child’s development.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensed (or willing to obtain) in Washington, DC.
- Licenses in Maryland or Virginia are a plus.
- Experience with early intervention, AAC, ASD, and feeding challenges is a bonus.
Position Details:
- Hybrid Schedule: Up to 80% onsite services (schools, daycares, homes), 25% virtual and remote tasks (documentation, meetings).
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $83,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands:
This role requires travel across Washington, DC for evaluations in various settings, such as homes, schools, and community spaces (libraries, recreation centers, etc.). Reasonable accommodation will be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.
