Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of P&C - Stores, the HR Generalist will play a critical role partnering with the regional P&C Business Partner and management team providing support across the entire employee lifecycle. This will include, but not be limited to partnering with regional store leadership and employees to provide guidance, conduct investigations and contribute to Vuori’s store growth plan.
QualificationsWhat you'll get to do:
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing guidance on employee development, coaching, and recognition.
- Intake and address associate questions and concerns in a supportive and responsive manner, while promoting consistency in P&C policies/practices; partner with P&C Business Partner to resolve issues as applicable.
- Building strong partnerships to ensure successful collaborations within the People & Culture Team and Retail teams.
- Supporting P&C Business Partner in supporting business operations.
- Support and lead change management efforts within the organization.
- Assess opportunities and areas of development within the business and make solutions-based recommendations, including but not limited to policies & procedures, training needs, recognition programs, etc.
- Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and Employee Relations Business Partners to address employee performance management challenges and conduct low-risk employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes that align with company policies and values.
- Support the execution of P&C initiatives by administering and managing key HR programs, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all HR records comply with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding HR matters.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Travel – 15%
- Travel to various company locations 1-2 times per quarter or as needed to provide in-person P&C support, address employee relations matters, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and practices.
- Quarterly travel to HQ in Carlsbad, CA.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 per year - $95,000 per year.
