UNIT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES o Participates in selection of and completes all unit-specific competencies o Articulates Nursing Sensitive Indicators and quality goals for unit and describes role in accomplishing expectations; describes role and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
