Provide management and client with an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and enhanced decision and strategy support through the compilation of data/metrics and performance reporting, analytics, and forecasting. Responsible for tracking and reporting both Critical Performance Indicator (CPI’s) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s).
- Monthly reporting on Performance/Business Management and Project Management data
- Work with Account Director on forecasting and reporting of metrics being mindful of potential issues
- Preparation of CPI/KPI scorecards/other performance measurements
- Development of benchmarking/other operational support
- Development of reports, workbooks, charts, graphs and presentation materials
- Develop high quality, compelling analyses, presentations and reporting for both one-time and recurring activities
- Using client tools, gather data, develop/maintain databases, query tools and reporting templates
- Interpret data trends/patterns and develop predictive analyses based on historical data and informed assumptions
- Evaluate data into information, information into action and action into value for JLL and the client
- As part of on-site team, develop strong relationships with key client personnel and JLL staff
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on the contract and manage change order processing
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Superior client relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of contract documents and routine accounting methods
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style needed
- Ability to learn, understand and adapt technologies to support JLL and our clients
- Ability to prioritize projects and work in a complex and difficult environment
- Perform with highly effective skills in analytic tools, technologies and software
- Understanding of real estate management and facility operations and support
- Superior problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities through innovation
- High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility and accountability
- Sharp analytical skills with proven capabilities in performance modeling
- Ability to handle complex issues, delivering projects on time
- Ability to work virtually with other colleagues
- Ability to excel in a team environment and as a single contributor
Estimated total compensation for this position:
100,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
