Your New Role: 

• Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) 

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

• Setting: Geriatric/Adult facility 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; telehealth coverage on nights and weekends 

• Experience: Must have 1 year of inpatient experience; active WV license strongly preferred 

• Patient Population: Geriatric and adult patients

In this Role: 

You will manage 18-20 patient encounters per day, working independently while collaborating with a dedicated team. Telehealth coverage is provided on nights and weekends, with EPIC EMR used for patient management. Strong communication skills are essential for success, and the goal is to have the candidate in place by the end of the year.
