• Facility: 6 operatories with potential for 4 additional
• Type: Private practice
• Team: 1 DDS (seeking a second) and 1.5 RDHs
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday
• Patient Base: No Medicaid; seeing primarily PPO (45%) and Fee-for-Service

• Employment Type: Part-time or full-time options available

• Compensation: Base salary plus production bonus
