Position Summary
Friendly Franchisees Corporation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Household Manager/Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This versatile role requires a professional who can manage a wide range of administrative, personal, handyman and cooking tasks; ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role also includes household management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
· Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
· Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO. Excellent communication, able to work in a versatile environment.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Process payroll for 5-10 employees on MS Excel-high attention to detail
· Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
· Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
· Booking appointments and arranging travel.
· Organizing and coordinating small- and large-scale events.
· Regularly follow up on checklists and ensure completion of daily repetitive tasks.
2. Household and Personal Tasks:
· Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO, home deliveries to other close property.
· Manage the CEO’s household needs, including coordinating with household staff and vendors. Able to manage vendor group text messages, high attention to detail and strong communication.
· Organize areas around the house and handle cleaning assignments such as cleaning restrooms, dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, etc. Hands-on tasks. Stocking and inventory on household items as needed.
· Run errands for the family and ensure timely completion.
· Perform postal and shopping activities. Grocery shopping and online shopping weekly.
· Light cooking as needed, needs to step in if house Chef is not available. Restaurant background a high plus.
3. Proficiency and Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
· Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
· Comfortable using Apple iPhone/devices
· Demonstrated phone etiquette skills, including answering and managing calls professionally.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
· Adaptable and quick to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the home office environment.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
· Open availability to work and adjust to varying daily work hours. Flexible to work 6am-8pm
· Complete any other projects or tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Household manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of discretion and confidentiality.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
· Willingness to perform household tasks, including dishwashing, when needed.
Work Schedule:
· Full-time/Part-time position with flexible hours, including availability to work as needed.
Available between hours of 6am-7pm, working between 20-35 hours/week
· Available to start as soon as possible.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Salary: Rate per hour: $25-35 /hour DOE

SUPERVISION
Direct: Chef and PA

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Household Manager/Personal Assistant and/or at least 3 - 5 years multi-unit restaurant management experience in other food service concepts
· High school diploma and/or college preferred.
· Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
· Working knowledge of personal computers and related software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to hire, train and develop in-house personnel to operate and grow the Brand.
· Ability to lead a team in an versatile, highly versatile and deadline driven environment.
· Entrust team to effectively manage and operate the kitchen and household with limited supervision and demonstrate organization, planning, cooking, organization skills.
· Ability to maintain Operational Excellence and Brand Integrity and continue to lean into the business.
· Ability and desire to participate and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies/capabilities.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people, chef, landscapers, vendors and all levels of corporate personnel.
· Detail, result and deadline oriented with professional demeanor.
· Independent self-starter with a can-do attitude
· Flexible and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ENVIRONMENT / WORKING CONDITIONS
Private Home Office environment.
Extended periods of standing, sitting, typing and looking at a computer screen.
May also require some reaching, bending, and lifting.
· Ability to travel to home locations within assigned area.
